What is included in one box of PEONY?
Each box contains 7 individually wrapped tubes, with 5 g in each tube, for a total net weight of 35 g.
What is the difference between the pack options?
All pack options contain the same PEONY product. Only the number of boxes changes:

What ingredients are in PEONY?
PEONY contains botanical extracts and moisturizing ingredients, including aloe vera leaf extract, centella asiatica extract, chamomile flower extract, glycerin, and sodium hyaluronate.

How should I use PEONY?

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is estimated to take 5–8 business days after dispatch. This does not include order processing time, and delivery times may vary by destination.

Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal reaches US$50 after discounts. Below US$50, standard shipping costs US$7.99. This applies to deliveries to the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Payments are processed through our secure checkout. You can review the available payment methods before completing your purchase.
What is your return policy?
To request a return, email support@ailimshop.com within 90 days after your order arrives.
If you change your mind, we accept only unused, unopened products with their original seals intact. You are responsible for the cost of sending them back.
For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us first. AILIM covers reasonable return shipping costs for these cases.

Can I change my order or shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make. We will check your order status and let you know whether the change is possible.
