AILIM Return & Refund Policy
90-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your
order. To begin, email support@ailimshop.com with your order
number and the items you wish to return.
Return Eligibility
For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened,
unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Proof of
purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate care products
are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not
affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective,
incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
Sale items are subject to the same return conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you notice
damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, contact
support@ailimshop.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue,
and clear photos where available. We will review the
issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
How to Return an Item
Contact us before sending any products back. We will
provide instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send returns to an address listed elsewhere
on our website unless our support team directs you to do so.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for
change-of-mind returns.
AILIM will cover reasonable return shipping costs for
damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact
us first so that we can arrange the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify
you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment
method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment
provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval
and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies
available to you under applicable consumer law.
