Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.

Order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time below.

Shipping Fees

The following standard shipping rates apply to all five countries listed under Shipping Destinations:

Orders below US$50: US$7.99 for standard shipping.
Orders of US$50 or more: Free standard shipping.

All shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds stated in this policy are in US dollars (USD). The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
The US$50 minimum is calculated after discounts, excluding shipping fees and taxes.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery is estimated to take 5–8 business days after dispatch.

This estimate does not include order processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.

Tracking and Assistance

For tracking updates or shipping assistance, email support@ailimshop.com and include your order number so we can help locate your shipment.

Shipment Delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, we will notify you and provide a revised shipping date. You may choose to wait or cancel the unshipped items for a refund.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact support@ailimshop.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment status and help you with the next steps.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is missing, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact support@ailimshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Where available, photos of the damaged items and packaging can help us assess the problem. We will investigate and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
